The Level 4 Workshop helps you to improve and develop your signing and symbol skills and to use them effectively every day. It is suitable for both parents and professionals.

 

You will revise the signs and symbols you learned in your Level 1, 2 and 3 training, and learn the signs and symbols for Stages 7 and 8 of the Core Vocabulary - this completes the Core Vocabulary. You must have completed Levels 1, 2 & 3 to attend Level 4.

You will receive a Participant's Manual which includes the presentation materials as well as all the signs and symbols for the vocabulary covered in the workshop.

 

You will also receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Certificate of Attendance has no expiry date which means there is no requirement to repeat the Makaton Workshop Level 4 in the future. You will need to keep the certificate if you wish to further Makaton training such as Makaton Tutor Training.  It is also personal to you so can be used to demonstrate your attendance at a Makaton Workshop Level 4 in future.
